About the Content
As someone who is a massive sports fan (and from central Massachusetts), I’ve been loudly bolstering my own sports opinions and ideas for a while now. I wanted to create a short podcast episode about my beloved Boston Red Sox trading its former transcendent star Mookie Betts to the Los Angeles Dodgers just a few years ago. I broke into detail about the trade, describing who Mookie Betts is, why the Red Sox made the trade, and how both teams have fared since pulling off the massive blockbuster.
I created a mind map and a pre production planning document to help me in scoping out and planning the podcast. I recorded the episode on Audacity and edited the audio on Adobe Audition. I researched and selected the appropriate music and sound effects to help bolster the content of the episode.
